    NOTE 1 Also referred to as “multicopter”.

    NOTE 2 Multirotor aircraft have more than two rotors.

    heavier-than-air aircraft capable of vertical take-off, vertical landing, and low-speed flight, which depends principally on more than two engine-driven rotating aerofoils (propellers) which is not equipped with any fixed aerofoil(s) for lift during horizontal flight
