    available capacity of a battery compared to its fully charged condition

     

    NOTE 1 SOC is typically expressed as a percentage value (0%–100%).

    NOTE 2 For rechargeable lithium batteries, SOC is typically determined from one of two methods – voltage measurement or current integration.
